As the COVID-19 virus continues to impact the global community, we wish to inform you of the measures taken at The Finishing Touch Floors to ensure the continuity of our operations, which have an impact on our current, past and future clients.
The health and safety of our employees and customers is our priority. We strive to serve our customers by taking the proper steps to operate safely and efficiently. The issue involving Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to change. We are relying on recommendations and information provided by government authorities, World Health Organization (WHO) and Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in the United States to establish our health and security measures. We are closely monitoring official sources of information to make adjustments as needed.
We want our clients to know we are here for you during these times and are going to keep operations open through this situation. We are taking every measure to make sure our clients and employees are safe. We will be putting this in effect immediately.
We will still be scheduling job walks for estimates. We will be keeping a safe 6ft distance and will not be shaking hands for the time being.
We are limiting interactions in person with our employees and our subcontractors. Our briefing meetings for each job will be done by phone as much as possible.
We will be keeping 6ft distances from clients, subcontractors, and employees while on-site for a job.
RESIDENTIAL CLIENTS
We are making sure that our employees and sub-contractors wash their hands as much as they can before entering your home. Along with washing their hands, they will be wearing work gloves and We are asking on a day to day basis how our employees and sub-contractors are feeling. If they have any sign of any sickness we are asking them to quarantine.
We ask during the work in your home to allow us to be isolated as much as possible and then we will review the finished work with you at the end of the job or at each checkpoint for larger jobs. We look forward to serving you. As you know the rates for HELOC loans have dropped significantly and this could be a great opportunity to start a remodel.
COMMERCIAL CLIENTS
We will be taking similar measures as with our residential clients especially if there are employees at your office. We understand that most businesses have implemented a work from home procedure and their office is shut down. We think this may be a good opportunity for your business to continue or start a project since this will not interrupt your flow of business and our crews will remain isolated during your project.
